"Grandpa's Frying Pan"
This old shed, dating back to about 1868, is still on my property.
But most important in this watercolor is my Grandfather's frying pan. When he rode west from Missouri on horse back that is the pan he cooked in all the way to California. I wound up with it and proudly display it on the shed that was built before he made his trip. It stands for courage and the strength of the pioneer people from which I am proud to have decended.
